Basement
You can keep in shape even during your vacation by starting your tour of the luxury villa from the basement, where there is a fully equipped gym with multi-machine, treadmill, air bike, rowing machine, various weights and other accessories. Of course, nothing is more satisfying and rejuvenating than letting your toxins out after a demanding workout in the custom-built cave-like hammam that looks like it's 200 meters below the surface.

Ground floor
Before entering the villa, you will find a courtyard with seating areas and for those who enjoy playing pool with their loved ones, we have reserved a table for you. As you first enter the villa, you will find the bright, contemporary living room with a fireplace, 65 inch HD TV with Netflix and satellite channels and enough seating for everyone on the plush sofas and armchairs. Additionally, the open space features a large indoor dining area with a wide handcrafted wooden table and a fully fitted kitchen with high quality fittings and appliances that accesses the outdoor BBQ facilities. One of the villa's six master suites is located on the ground floor, offering a large 2.00X1.60 king-size bed, wardrobe, work desk, en-suite shower room and 45-inch HD TV.

First floor
Arriving on the first floor via stairs or lift, the guest will find a shared toilet and three master suites. Two of them are referred to as "Twins" and each includes a double bed that can be split into two single beds (1.60 x 2.00), a 45-inch TV with satellite channels, a private bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and a workplace. one of them has a balcony overlooking the barbecue facilities. there is also a master suite with a private balcony, sitting area and outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Suite amenities include a king-size bed (1.60x2.00), work desk, private bathroom with shower and whirlpool, and a large walk-in closet.

Second floor
Reaching the second floor, the staircase leads to the two luxurious and large penthouse suites. Bright and dreamy, with sloping ceilings, the suites feature kingsize beds (1.60 x 2.00), large private bathrooms with showers, wardrobes, work desks, 45-inch televisions with satellite channels. of course each suite has its own private balcony with sitting area and Jacuzzi where you can spend a few quiet hours enjoying the panoramic views they offer to the fullest.
Outdoors
Through the huge glass doors, you can enter the pool terrace. There, you will discover a cozy dining room with a handmade olive wood table that can accommodate 12 people, where you can enjoy your wine and a variety of Cretan snacks. You will also find the specially designed 50 m2 infinity heated pool (10*4.5*1.4m), which is filtered with a unique salt system and not with chlorine or other chemicals.

*The pool can be heated on request with an extra charge for the periods: 20/4-15/6 and 1/10-15/11. Please inform us if you would like that extra oprional service once you book.

Payment policy
Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
You will be charged 20% of the total reservation amount upon booking.
You will be charged the remaining 80% of the total reservation amount anytime, after the free- cancellation period has expired.
If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation


Canceletion policy
The guest will be charged 20% of the reservation amount upon booking as a Non Refundable Deposit.
If cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival no further fees apply.
For cancellations later, the remaining 80% of the reservation's total amount will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the remaining 80% of the reservation's total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
